Interesting NASA Grant

NASA just recently put up a solicitation for an interesting grant opp. by the Office of the Chief Technologist. They’re openly interested in getting private inventors and small time developers who have low tech. readiness level for their work to apply. The full thing can be seen at: NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts Solicitation. I, and Forsako, will likely make a proposal for phase I, as its easy, and only requires a two page whitepaper describing the potential innovation.

Forsako Registration

In the interest of competing for .gov R&D grants I’ve registered Forsako with the CCN. What a pain. Particularly for someone who’s a sole proprietor. That said, it appears to have gone well after some initial confusion, and hopefully it will all be worked out shortly so I can tackle some grant applications.

New Website Look

With the turn of the new year, and a decision to pursue .gov contracts, I’ve updated the look of the site and the foundation its running on. Can’t promise lots of content, but it should at least be easier to modify and add to. Will likely be a bit more formal, as it will also be representative of a business entity.
